I had a wonderful stay at a small B&B off the main road, right on the road to the beach and small harbour. The welcome I received from the friendly lady at By The Bay was top-notch, and the room was beautifully clean, meeting my top priority. The towels provided were the softest I've experienced during my six weeks of travel. The modern and immaculate room had a large walk-in en suite shower room, and the views over the golf course were stunning. Conveniently, there was parking right outside the door and a small shop straight across the road. Plus, it was only 50 yards away from the Kilmarnock Arms, where I enjoyed a pint.
