We had such a great experience staying at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, which was a huge help after a long journey. The room was fresh and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was amazing. It was also great that we could open the window for some fresh air. The hotel's location was perfect, in a peaceful district with beautiful buildings. It was easily accessible and close to public transport. We loved exploring the surrounding area and taking walks in the nearby Kensington Gardens. a fantastic stay!

The hotel had a fantastic location, being only a stone’s throw away from two metro stations and a famous park, as well as a plethora of restaurants in the area. The room and bathroom were decently clean and comfortable; the bed was especially noteworthy for a good night’s sleep.

The hotel’s outdated interior design called for a desperate renovation, especially in the bathroom area. The fittings were falling apart, and mold was present in multiple areas, leaving a rather unpleasant sight to behold.

Despite a small lobby, the staff were lovely and accommodating. The WiFi was reliable and fast, and I was even able to host a 90-minute webinar without any issues. While the breakfast was basic, with just tea, coffee, and toast, it was sufficient for a quick bite in the morning. I had a positive experience at Byron Hotel and would recommend it to others.

The only minor drawback was that my room was next to the visitors' toilet, and it was cleaned early in the morning, waking me up. But the reception staff were apologetic and quickly resolved the issue by finding me another room for the second night.
