the service we received was unlike anything we've ever experienced. Despite a mix-up with our reservation, the operations manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation. After some initial confusion, the manager of Newton Hall, Ricky Brown, personally intervened and offered to cover the cost of alternative accommodation and provide us with a complimentary 2-night stay. the location was fantastic, and we enjoyed the nearby Joiners Arms for delicious food and drinks. the rooms at the property were lovely, providing a private and relaxing sanctuary. the staff, especially the gentleman who checked us in and helped with our hot tub issue, were extremely welcoming and friendly.

Some teething issues with the new cabins, such as a non-working fridge and wet outdoor seating. Unfinished wooden cladding in some areas, resulting in a strong wood smell.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The value for money was amazing, offering a special cabin and an excellent breakfast at a great price. The cabin itself was a little piece of paradise, with gorgeous decorations, a beautiful bathroom, and a brilliant design. The location was also a highlight, with stunning walks on our doorstep and the beautiful Northumberland coastline nearby.

The location was quite remote, with only one pub nearby which could be dangerous to reach due to the lack of street lights. Breakfast was served too early for some, and the grab bag option was not satisfactory considering the price paid.

Our children especially enjoyed the bunk beds and hot tub. the staff at Garden Rooms were friendly and welcoming, even offering us complimentary drinks at the nearby Joiners Arms while we waited for our lodge to be ready. the location was great, with Newton beach within walking distance. the kitchenette was well equipped, and we had everything we needed for our stay. we had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.
