Our stay at the property was incredible. The service we received was unlike anything we've ever experienced. Despite a mix-up with our reservation, the operations manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation. After some initial confusion, the manager of Newton Hall, Ricky Brown, personally intervened and offered to cover the cost of alternative accommodation and provide us with a complimentary 2-night stay. The location was fantastic, and we enjoyed the nearby Joiners Arms for delicious food and drinks. The rooms at the property were lovely, providing a private and relaxing sanctuary. The staff, especially the gentleman who checked us in and helped with our hot tub issue, were extremely welcoming and friendly.

The room was on the small side. Some initial issues, such as missing towelling robes, no fire lighters or gas for the fire pit, and a faulty phone in the cabin.

They promptly offered us an alternative room and ensured that our comfort was their top priority. Despite this inconvenience, the rooms were lovely and provided a peaceful and private retreat. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with a short walk to nearby establishments for delicious food and drinks. I had a pleasant experience at The Garden Rooms and would recommend it.

Some teething issues with the new cabins, such as a non-working fridge and wet outdoor seating. Unfinished wooden cladding in some areas, resulting in a strong wood smell.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money - an amazing cabin and an amazing breakfast at a great price. The cozy garden cabin was a piece of paradise with beautiful decorations, an amazing bathroom, brilliant design, and even a fire pit. The location was perfect for beautiful walks and the dog-friendly cabin and local pub were a bonus.

The cabin itself was a little piece of paradise, with gorgeous decorations, a beautiful bathroom, and a brilliant design. The location was also a highlight, with stunning walks on our doorstep and the beautiful Northumberland coastline nearby.

The location was quite remote, with only one pub nearby which could be dangerous to reach due to the lack of street lights. Breakfast was served too early for some, and the grab bag option was not satisfactory considering the price paid.

The value for money at Garden Rooms was excellent! The room was spacious, with a huge, comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed, including fluffy towels, a robe. The staff were friendly and helpful, even leaving us a card and a bottle of fizz for our wedding night. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions by car.

The staff at Garden Rooms were friendly and welcoming, even offering us complimentary drinks at the nearby Joiners Arms while we waited for our lodge to be ready. The location was great, with Newton beach within walking distance. The kitchenette was well equipped, and we had everything we needed for our stay. we had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.
