The location was perfect - right next door to the theatre and opposite the beach on the promenade. We enjoyed the beautiful sea view from our spacious room, which also had a table and chairs by the window. The hotel provided lots of parking on site, and the staff were very friendly and approachable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice and high quality.

I recently stayed at a hotel conveniently located close to the theatre, right on the beach, and nearby all the shops. The room was spacious with a lovely sea view, and the bathroom, although a bit small, was clean and well-maintained. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious. it was a great experience with easy access to all the amenities and attractions in the area.

Some areas of the room's decor needed attention, with water stains from previous damp issues. However, considering the new ownership in October, they are diligently working on renovating the entire hotel.

The value for money at Sure Hotel Collection was excellent, and the room with a Seaview was really nice. The location was perfect for my points of interest, and the staff were very nice, positive, and acted professionally.

We had a fantastic stay at Cae Mor; Sure Hotel Collection. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. Our room on the third floor had a beautiful sea view, and we loved waking up to that every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and we especially enjoyed the peppered mackerel starter. Despite a few minor issues with the bed and bathroom, our overall experience was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a lovely stay in Llandudno.

Had a lovely Christmas here with my family. the staff were very friendly and welcoming. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the theatre and pier. Really enjoyed the Welsh breakfast cooked to order and the vertical dance troupe performing outside our window was a unique experience.
