The views were absolutely amazing, with stunning scenery and beautiful views from every window. The accommodation itself was perfect, comfortably styled with plenty of space for our family of five and our dog. The large bed- and bathrooms were a great feature, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals. The hotel facilities were well maintained and any issues, such as a blown fuse, were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. The communication from the staff was great, with all the necessary information provided beforehand. The parking right in front of the property was a real bonus, making it convenient for us.

I loved staying at this beautiful cottage with its stunning views of the Abbey. the accommodation was like a home away from home, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. the beds were just right, providing a perfect night's sleep. the communication with the host was excellent, and all the necessary information was provided in advance. the location was fantastic, with breathtaking scenery and views from every window. the added bonus of a garden with tables and chairs was delightful.

We had a great Xmas stay in Whitby. the location was superb, with fantastic views of the river and the sea. the large bed- and bathrooms were well equipped and comfortable. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own meals. the property was well maintained, and any issues we had, such as a blown fuse, were quickly addressed.

Finding the property was a bit confusing at first, but once we realized we could access it through the abbey grounds, it was easy to reach. the outside light by the front door was not functioning, and opening the keysafe was sometimes tricky.
