Our room had a powerful shower, but no bathtub. Despite this, we found the shower pressure perfect. the garden swing added a special touch to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

What a gem of a hotel for our hiking trip near Snowdon! The room was spacious with stunning views, perfect location for exploring Conwy, Colwyn Bay, & Llandudno. Only downside was the room mix-up at check-in. Friendly helpful staff, apart from one grumpy encounter. Look forward to a cooked breakfast in the future!.

We encountered dead flies around the baby cot, pubic hair on the bed near the child's face, and spiders' nests in the shower with webs throughout the room. the breakfast experience was chaotic due to understaffing, with no clean bowls and delays in serving coffee.

we were enthralled by Caer Rhun Hall. the gardens are extensive, perfect lawns and mature trees. the staff were courteous and cheerful, always answering our queries. the rooms were very comfortable, with a super dog-friendly environment. the groundskeeper was friendly, and the views of the countryside were stunning. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Absolutely stunning setting in North Wales countryside with beautiful gardens and rustic decor. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the Continental breakfast was exceptional value for money and the rooms were equipped with high-quality amenities like White Company products.

Some staff members were not as welcoming, and there were issues with cleanliness in the bathroom. Limited space in the rooms for toiletries and no restaurant open for meals, requiring guests to drive out.
