During our Christmas stay, we had a great time at this guest house. the room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a cozy and pleasant stay. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the guest house. It was a perfect place to relax after exploring the nearby attractions and enjoying the festive atmosphere.

One minor downside was the noise outside our room at night, which sometimes lasted until the early hours. This could be a bit disruptive and affected our sleep.

The location of the guest house is perfect, close to all the main attractions. The staff in the restaurant are very attentive and provide great service. Additionally, it is situated right opposite the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers arriving by train.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location is perfect, opposite the train station and within walking distance of Aviemore centre. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are all you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms have very comfy beds, some with a lovely view of the mountains, and modern bathrooms with good showers. The breakfast offers several options, including lovely local ingredients and more coffee if you need it.

All was ok, nothing to complain about.

Enjoyed easter stay with two amazing complementary gifts and useful local advice. Great central location and parking facilities. the room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the surroundings.

It was a bit far from the train station with no shuttle service. the breakfast was not prepared fresh and was served with a last night's cooked flavour.

the room was basic but very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with up-to-date road information as it was snowing. the breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. would recommend and return if in the area.
