The location of the hotel was great, situated in a quiet area with a beautiful garden outside. the lobby and bar were nicely decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing good customer service.

It looked cheap and in need of renovation. the noise from the air ducts outside the window made it difficult to sleep, and the single plane glass didn't provide enough sound insulation.

The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful, with well-presented gardens and lovely communal areas. The young lady at reception was friendly and helpful. The property is currently undergoing refurbishment, but I was transferred to a better room after lodging an initial complaint. Despite being slightly dated in decor, the second room was comfortable and exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness.

I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

some of the rooms, especially the upstairs ones, had a musty smell and could use some updating. our experience was positive, but these were some minor drawbacks.

the room was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the linen and towels were crisp and clean, adding to the overall comfort of the room. the staff, although young students, were incredibly kind and tried their best to please. the cooked breakfast prepared by the chef was exceptional and added to the overall experience. the grounds of the hotel were beautiful, and the building itself had lots of character.

For us, the stay was ideal. 😊

As young holiday goers, we loved the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere of this country house. The gardens are well-kept and perfect for an evening stroll. The home cooked breakfast was excellent, and the serving staff were friendly. Comfy four-poster beds made for a restful stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with an easy-to-find entrance. The staff at registration are fast and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The spacious entrance and ground floor rooms are beautifully decorated, leaving a very pleasing first impression.

There were reports of being locked out of the hotel late at night, with no lights on and a delay in getting back in.
