my recent stay in rosyth set high expectations, but caledonia house exceeded them. the warm hospitality, delicious breakfast, and convenient location near edinburgh were perfect for a romantic escape. cons: loud noises from wooden structure.

The room was cozy and had all the amenities I needed, like a hairdryer and tea/coffee maker. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious, making me feel right at home.

I felt the room was a bit small for the price, but others might not mind.

Just stayed at this cozy B&B. the homemade breakfast was amazing! Would DEFINITELY go back. the place looks even better in person. Highly recommend!

The owner, Lyndsey, was friendly and energetic. Breakfasts were filling, and the house clean, though located in a housing development. Close to a quick train ride to Edinburgh. The room was clean and comfortable, but small and lacked a private bathroom. a mixed experience but the host's warmth and effort were appreciated.

Stayed with my friends in Rosyth, so near the train station - super handy for our day trips to cool spots like Hotel Triplets for a night out. Lindsay, the host, made us all feel like VIPs. Her breakfast set us up nicely for the day of exploring. Would totally stay again!

The host provided exceptional service, going above and beyond by offering a free pick-up from the bus station late at night. the rooms were clean and comfortable, overlooking a beautiful park. Despite some minor inconveniences like shared bathrooms and lack of in-room tea/coffee facilities, the welcoming atmosphere and helpful host made the stay enjoyable.

My stay at Caledonia House was fantastic! I stayed there for a week while exploring Edinburgh. The owner, a lovely and energetic woman, made me feel welcome and provided a delicious full breakfast each morning. The house was clean and located conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to travel into the city. I also appreciated the safe parking and the host's genuine interest in chatting with guests. a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Caledonia House Bed & Breakfast. Lindsay, the host, made us feel like we were visiting an old friend. Everything we needed was provided, and Lindsay even prepared a delicious homemade breakfast for us. the best part was the field right across from the house, where our dog had a great time running around. We are grateful for everything and can't wait to come back soon.
