The hotel's layout was very convenient for senior guests, with easy access to amenities and rooms. Cons: I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there to help with carrying luggage.

The room needed daily cleaning and towels replaced. Lack of a hairdryer inconvenienced me, and carrying a huge tray to the room was a struggle. breakfast was good, and the staff were lovely. The hotel looked tired with road noise, but the bed was comfy and the water pressure excellent.

The staff here are professional and friendly, always going out of their way to be helpful. the breakfast in the restaurant seemed like excellent value for money, even though I didn't get a chance to try it this time. the self-service options had a good variety of choices, from continental to traditional cooked breakfasts. the location is convenient, being close to Northampton and the M1, making it perfect for a night stop or for business travelers.

It would be great if this issue could be addressed, as it can be frustrating who need to stay connected.

I chose this hotel for a symposium due to its 5 event rooms and spacious meeting room. The restaurant, terrace, and free parking were convenient, and the free Wi-Fi was reliable. Cons: One service that was lacking for my work was a business center for printing and copying documents.

Had a rocky stay at a hotel recently - no evening meal service was disappointing. But LOVED fresh fruit juice at breakfast! Would return for that. Photos didn't match the reality though.
