I recently had a fantastic stay at a lovely budget-friendly hotel in the Scottish Highlands. The location was perfect, with an en suite room offering breathtaking views from our private balcony. In the evening, there was a cozy covered area outside where we could relax and enjoy drinks with friends, avoiding any pesky bugs. The hotel was conveniently situated for exploring nearby attractions like Glencoe and Glenfinnan. The room was comfortable, the service was great, and the breakfast was tasty.

The shower water pressure was a bit unpredictable.

The host was helpful, getting us train reservations and giving parking and ATM info. The breakfast was as ordered. Though we couldn't explore much due to rain, the property looked nice. Our room was clean and comfy. The location has a spectacular view of the lake and is great for exploring the Highlands.

As party people, we loved the vibrant atmosphere and amazing hospitality. Margaret and Danny had great recommendations for things to do and managed to get us tickets for the sold-out Jacobite Express train. They made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This B&B is perfectly situated in a picturesque area, right in front of a beautiful lake. The scenic views are absolutely breathtaking. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a good-sized TV. The bathroom, though small, was perfectly functional. The breakfast provided was hot and tasty. Additionally, the B&B has a lovely garden with seats, perfect for enjoying the stunning views of the Loch and the surrounding mountains.

There was a strong smell of breakfast in the morning, which was not pleasant to wake up to.

Her knowledge and connections were impressive! Both Margaret and Danny were welcoming, caring, and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the area. The room was cozy and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious and served promptly. The guest house's picturesque setting next to the Loch added to the overall charm. Highly recommended!

I had a great short break at a cozy B&B near a beautiful loch. The homestay was well-organized, with a warm welcome and a comfortable room. The scenic view of the loch from my window was splendid. The owner provided clean towels, breakfast, and amenities like a TV, tea/coffee making facilities, and a hair dryer. The location also offered easy access to the road and free parking.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The GPS navigator directed me to the wrong destination, but the owner was helpful in providing directions.

Speaking of the view, it was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the grand view from our bedroom window was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and included different options such as scrambled or poached eggs. It was a great way to start our day and fuel up for our adventures.

This hotel is great value for money, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, with nicely furnished rooms and basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all guests felt welcome and comfortable. The location, overlooking Loch Linnhe and away from the busy cluster of guest houses in Fort William, was excellent.

The only slight downside was that the room I stayed in was a bit cramped, but it was manageable for a single traveler.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the amazing view outside the hotel room that I booked. The white snow covering the hills added a perfect touch to the view outside. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome straight away.

Although the staff were quite friendly, the breakfast options left a lot to be desired. the size of the room was quite small, leaving very limited space within the room.

They were thorough in adhering to guidelines and even made special arrangements that made our holiday extra special. The view from the back of the building was absolutely stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop to our time there. We were also impressed that everything we needed was provided, and the breakfast was thoughtfully left outside our room in the morning, ensuring everyone's safety.

campfield house b&b exceeded expectations on a budget stay. great location, stunning lake view, and delicious breakfast. owners were friendly and helpful, even got us tickets to a sold out attraction. highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the hospitality of both the proprietors and Richard the following morning - great chat with Richard with many hints and tips as to what to see in our next day's traveling. Sitting right at the water's edge, the location of this hotel is incredible because the garden is near Loch Linnhe with beautiful views. The service provided by the staff was excellent and they paid great attention to detail. The rooms, although small and a little dated, were super clean. Additionally, breakfast was delicious and filling, and the prices for all these amenities were reasonable.
