The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and easily accessible by public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, with stunning views from the window. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit. Additionally, the room was regularly cleaned and the breakfast supplies were replenished daily.

The room felt a bit dated and could use some upgrading.

This hotel is fantastic value for money - you get so much for what you pay! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, just like in one of the reviews I read. They provided us with lots of information on what to see and do in the city, which was a huge help. I also loved the fact that our room had a view of Arthur's Seat, just like another reviewer mentioned. It was such a treat to wake up to that beautiful sight every morning.

All was great - no complaints whatsoever!

Convenient and cozy stay at a well-connected hotel. The room had a comfy bed, with a selection of tea, coffee, and cookies provided. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, offering assistance with my luggage. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. Despite a few minor issues, I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the city. a delightful experience at Capital House!

The location of the lodging was perfect, being close to the city a plus. the view from our room was breathtaking, a great way to relax.

We had some issues with the amenities provided. the shower had a fluctuating temperature that made us uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Capital House. the location was ideal, with the Royal Mile within walking distance and convenient bus stops nearby. the host was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for our visit. Despite arriving late, we received a warm welcome. the room was clean and comfortable, and we even got upgraded to a family room.

First time in Edinburgh and struck gold with this hotel! Perfect location in the city centre, with stunning views of Arthur's Seat. Clean room suitable for a couple nights. Very friendly owner full of helpful advice. Easy to find, with bus stop right in front. Short walk to buses. Close to Tesco, Sainsbury's, and a wonderful nearby pub. Neat and clean room with comfy beds. Regularly provided new breakfast supplies. Very nice staff who gave great recommendations and loaned me a plug adapter. Well-located for reaching city attractions with parking available.
