I had a great stay at a guesthouse in the heart of the North Laines. The location was perfect, and it was just a short walk from both the train station and the sea. The room I was upgraded to was on the top floor, and even though there was no lift, I didn't mind the stairs. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a very big and cozy bed. The bathroom was spotless, and the power shower was amazing. I appreciated the toiletries provided, as well as the tea, coffee, and water in the room. The hotel team was polite and really great, and I loved the decor of the place. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to others. It made my stay in Brighton enjoyable and memorable.

We were able to park our car overnight at the nearby public parking building, which was a convenient option. The hotel was in a good location, very central and close to many sights. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and some nice amenities provided.

The noise from the busy street outside was unbearable, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. the room was not soundproofed and we were woken up numerous times by the noise.
