The location was perfect for a peaceful Easter getaway, surrounded by stunning scenery. We enjoyed the beautiful river view and the sight of the Larpool Viaduct. The house itself was clean and had all the necessary facilities for a self-catering break, including a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor seating and BBQ area were a bonus, especially on sunny days.

Some of the fixtures in the accommodation were not as comfortable as expected. The main bedroom was quite small, making it difficult to access the bed comfortably.

The location of this accommodation is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views overlooking the river and railway. The walk into town is also a pleasant experience, taking you along a traffic-free path over a viaduct. The owners of the property are friendly and communicate well prior to your trip.

One negative aspect is that there is limited room between the bed and the wall, which may be slightly cramped for some guests.

I had a wonderful solo trip exploring the scenic Captain Cook Riverside Walk. The location was idyllic, with stunning views of the river and viaduct. The walk to Whitby took me along a picturesque path, providing a traffic-free and peaceful experience. The accommodation was cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities. I especially enjoyed the lovely seating area at the back, where I could relax and observe the playful rabbits and birds.

I found the bedrooms slightly inconvenient, with exposed metal bed frames that caused some bumps. the bunk beds in the second bedroom blocked most of the natural light, making the room quite dark.
