The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially considering the location. The room was comfortable and had a nice added touch with fans to combat the heat. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could have been better if the poached eggs were cooked properly. However, this was easily rectified with a suitable alternative.

I must say, my recent stay at a certain hotel in Southampton exceeded all my expectations. Upon checking in, I was greeted by a lovely Hungarian lady who was extremely friendly and made me feel instantly at home. She even served me a delicious breakfast the next morning. Her exceptional service truly impressed me and I believe she is a credit to the hotel.

Although there was a minor issue with the shower handle, I was assured by the hotel staff that they were working on replacing it. This level of attentiveness showed me that the hotel management truly cares about their guests' satisfaction.

Cargo Southampton exceeded my expectations in several areas. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the city center and the marina. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our anniversary stay special, even decorating our room with rose petals. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, including a tempting full English upgrade for a small fee.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was perfect and there was nothing that could be improved upon.

The friendly and helpful staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The hotel offers a good value for the price, considering its central location. The breakfast includes a tasty full English breakfast and complementary espresso/cappuccino. The bed linens and towels are of good quality, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The corridors and staircases in the hotel are quite narrow, which can make accessing the rooms feel awkward for some guests.

Had an amazing romantic getaway! the location was perfect - just a short stroll to the main shopping area and surrounded by cozy restaurants. the room was lovely, with a beautiful bathroom and a comfortable bed. the hotel provided a tasty breakfast which was included in the price, and the restaurant had a cozy and romantic atmosphere.

Some areas of the room felt a bit tired and could use some touch-ups. the noise from the bar below was quite loud, especially on weekends, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.
