We had a fantastic stay with great views of the sea from the Tea Garden terrace. The hotel is clean, with beautiful gardens and close to the esplanade in this lovely location. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

my second stay in shanklin was even better thanks to the amazing view at this cozy hotel. the friendly staff and homely atmosphere made me feel safe and welcome. freshly cooked breakfast and plenty of tea and coffee added to the experience. i would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk down to the beautiful beach. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the garden. The service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The lounge and outdoor facilities were also very nice and well-maintained.

The breakfasts were delicious and there was a great selection. The bar was perfect for a drink and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also ideal, within walking distance to everything. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Clean rooms with tea and coffee facilities, hair dryer, and daily housekeeping. Friendly owners on hand. Excellent breakfast options, including English and Vegetarian. Bar and garden with sea view. Taxis are difficult, but buses conveniently take you around the Island. Plenty of dining choices, recommend Green King pub and The Reef for low-cost family meals. Loads of fish and chip places available.
