Great value for money with a clean room and comfortable bed. The location was ideal, close to the Freeman Hospital and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even better.

My friends and I recently stayed at a hotel in Newcastle and had a great experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and with plenty of nearby parking options. The room was clean and spacious, and we loved the modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the view from our room was impressive. a fantastic stay in a vibrant area.

Great Christmas adventure! Location was in a bustling hub of activity with easy access to shops and restaurants and lots of things to do. the staff was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were nicely decorated creating a cozy and festive atmosphere. the restaurant had a selection of delicious treats to indulge in with loved ones.

We had some issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of our room. We found small bits of trash under the bed and the shower wasn't working properly.

Stayed here for one night while visiting the Freeman Hospital. Ideal location with easy access to the hospital and close to bars and a short taxi ride into the city center. Check-in was fast, staff members were pleasant, and the SPY bar had a great atmosphere. Room was clean, single occupancy, and provided complimentary water, biscuits, and coffee/tea condiments. Had all the necessary amenities like an iron and fan. Good value for money with breakfast included in the price.

The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the Sky Bar. the hotel's location was ideal, situated in a convenient area close to key attractions and amenities. Parking was available on a first-come, first-served basis, which was convenient for us.

The rooms had thin walls which made it quite noisy at times. the breakfast options were limited and disappointing.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great location near public transportation, good breakfast, convenient supermarket nearby, clean and spacious rooms.

The location of the hotel is great, with several restaurants in close proximity and it is also fairly close to the best clubs in town. The room facilities were good and the complimentary items were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy.

There were disturbances during the night due to ongoing deliveries, which resulted in a lack of sleep.
