This hotel exceeded all expectations. The attention to detail was remarkable, with little touches like additional biscuits and a fine selection of toffees available. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms had a lot of character and were equipped with all the basic amenities such as a kettle with teas and coffee, TV with freeview, free WiFi, and even bathrobes. The location made it incredibly convenient, with easy access to the motorway and plenty of onsite parking. this hotel provided great value for money and was one of the best places I have stayed in the area.

One downside to note was the noise from the nearby bar, which kept us awake at night. Another issue was the full car park on weekends when it was used by the local football team.

The friendly and accommodating staff catered to my dietary restrictions perfectly. The comfortable bed, luxurious linens, and lovely toiletries added to the overall pleasant stay. The hotel's unique and quirky decor, dog-friendly policy, and beautiful surroundings make it a must-visit.
