absolutely disappoined! the shower riser was broken, so i had to shower one-handed, and the noise from the next room was unbearable at 5 am. i thought i would receive a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but it seems special treatment is only for some. i almost gave this place a good review, but just couldn't.

Consider dining during steak night for a fantastic meal, and don't miss the library area for some quiet reading time.

The hot water was inconsistent during my visit. It was very disappointing not to have a proper shower. Additionally, my mattress was worn out, making it uncomfortable to sleep throughout the night. I also noticed that the room had some outdated furnishings, which could use a refresh.

The dining experience was something I'd not expected, as we enjoyed

a delightful variety of dishes. The prawn cocktail and perfectly cooked steak were highlights of our meal. Staff were genuinely friendly. The only downside was that my shower had some temperature issues, but overall it was still a great stay.

A delightful stay! The staff provided attentive service, showing warmth towards my older dog and puppy. Room size was ample with excellent amenities. Dining was a highlight—savor the haggis starter and a generous breakfast buffet. Perfectly located near beautiful coastal walks, making it ideal for adventures. Would highly recommend!

Just a good pick for a short staycation in Castletown, great for the money. The beer batter chicken for dinner was crispy and delicious! Make sure to enjoy breakfast. it was a highlight of my stay.
