Stephanie's warm hospitality stands out, ensuring a comfortable experience. Guests rave about the delicious cooked breakfast, providing a great start to the day.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, and friendly host. Steff was accommodating, even providing a sausage parcel for our dog. Enjoyed walks by the nearby field before breakfast. the room was comfortable, with complimentary extras. Minor light issue was promptly addressed. Our visit was enriched by visits to Withernsea Lighthouse Museum, the Bunker, and St Patrick's Church, fostering family bonding and relaxation.

Stephanie was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing, even for dogs. Comfortable beds and lovely decor. Convenient location with shops, cafes, and the beach within walking distance.

The twin room was so cozy, it felt like a warm hug after a long day. Stephanie, the host, was a true gem - she made us feel like royalty, going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Her hospitality shone brighter than the Humber Bridge on a sunny day.

The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the shower was hot and easy to use, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The host couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful.

Warm and comfortable room with lovely decor. the owner was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious. the location near the Lighthouse Museum and the sea was a plus. the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and easy to use, and the host was friendly and helpful.

Some paint work needed upgrading due to ongoing refurbishment. the main light in my room wasn't working, but the bed side lamp and bathroom light were functional.

stayed here before, but this time exceeded expectations! very friendly host, clean room with comfy bed, modern bathroom, and great breakfast with fresh eggs! amazing service. perfect location next to the lighthouse and dog-friendly too. overall, a fantastic stay at this b&b in Withernsea!

We had a wonderful stay at a guesthouse in Withernsea. She quickly resolved the issue and even upgraded us to a new room. the breakfast provided was superb, and the overall experience was impressive. We were made to feel at home and welcomed by the hostess, Stephanie. the room was exactly as we had booked, clean, and had a lovely personal touch with robes and slippers. the comfortable bed and newly refurbished bathroom made for a fantastic night's sleep. Stephanie went above and beyond, making our stay memorable. We highly recommend this location for its friendly service and comfortable amenities.
