I had a wonderful retreat at Cefn Ceiriog in an idyllic location. The views from the property were simply fabulous, and I spent many mornings savoring a cup of tea on the picnic bench, admiring the scenery. The owners, Richard and Mai, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cottage itself was beautifully clean and well-equipped, with lovely furniture and all the necessary amenities. The walks around the farm and countryside were a delight, although you'll need to be prepared for some hills. Lastly, I couldn't resist purchasing some of Mai's homemade soap—they were simply divine!

Nothing all excellent.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Cefn Ceiriog Villa. The building was spacious, warm, and impeccably clean. The owners were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location was idyllic, with beautiful walks and stunning views of the countryside. The two nearby pubs offered delicious and affordable food and drinks. We also had the opportunity to purchase some of the amazing homemade soap made by the owner. it was a truly amazing experience and we would definitely consider returning.

Almost perfect! The only thing to be aware of is the long hill leading up to the property. But don't let this deter you, as the rest of the experience more than makes up for it.

Spacious, clean property in a peaceful location. Games room and large cupboard space available. Garden with BBQ and beautiful views. WiFi, milk, and eggs provided by welcoming hosts. Recommended for a relaxing stay.
