We recently stayed at Century Wharf and had a fantastic experience. Our spacious modern apartment was perfect for our family, providing ample room for our small children. The location was ideal, with Techniquest and Mermaid Quay just a short walk away. We loved having allocated parking and found the apartment clean, warm, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The gated community was a nice touch, and the 24-hour concierge was helpful. We will definitely be returning!

It was conveniently located, being close to both the city centre and the beautiful Cardiff Bay area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. We also enjoyed the breathtaking view from the balcony. The facilities, such as the fridge and storage space, were top-notch. it felt like a home away from home.

The only drawback was a minor issue with the maintenance, such as broken drawers and light bulbs needing replacement.

The staff member who greeted us was polite and helpful, guiding us to our parking space and showing us around the apartment. The apartment lacked some basic amenities like bedside cabinets and had cleanliness issues with the kitchen equipment. The parking fee of £10 per night seemed excessive, and the apartment did not live up to the standards shown in the online pictures.

The leisure facilities, including the pool and gym, were a real bonus. we were impressed by everything and would highly recommend this hotel.
