Lovely gardens and excellent food at good prices. The room was small but cozy, and the hotel had a modern and colorful vibe. The front desk agent was clear and patient when giving directions. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Everything was spot on.

We chose to stay in a residential neighborhood which was exactly where we wanted to be. There were plenty of local restaurants nearby, like The Sangam, which was worth a visit. The room we stayed in was small but had everything we needed, like a comfortable bed and a TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a decent selection. The hotel also offered free parking, which was a great advantage.

The rooms were a little dated and could use updating.

The area surrounding the hotel didn't seem to be the safest or most pleasant. The room we stayed in was a bit small and had a musky smell.

The TV in the room was not the best, with no BBC1 and no sound on BBC news. the room was also a bit warm and stuffy, as the balcony doors couldn't be left open at night.

the staff at the hotel, called Chancellors, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for visiting my son who is studying at the university. the room I stayed in was comfortable and the buffet breakfast had a wide selection of delicious options. One thing I particularly liked about the hotel was its beautiful grounds, which would be an ideal setting for a wedding or similar event. It was like a green oasis in the middle of a busy suburb.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a romantic getaway and we had a really lovely time. the room was very clean and comfortable, and we loved the fact that it had a bathtub. the location was perfect for us as it was walking distance from great restaurants and shops. One more advantage was that the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

the walls in our room had some marks on them, which could have been cleaner. it was a bit inconvenient that the bar was on the opposite side of the hotel.
