The location of the hotel is truly breathtaking, nestled in the beautiful rolling hills and surrounded by fresh countryside air. The views from the sun room and bedroom window are simply stunning. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely big bed and clean bedding. The breakfast provided was of good quality and the host was accommodating to requests for vegetarian options.

Some guests were inconsiderately noisy during my stay, which affected the overall tranquility of the hotel.

Offered a warm welcome with tea and biscuits upon arrival, which was a nice touch after a long journey. the room was ultra clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and adjustable thermostat for the radiator. the owner, Alan, was extremely accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for him. the breakfast was delicious, and the property had a lovely sunroom overlooking beautiful countryside views. a perfect stay with a perfect host.

Some difficulty in finding the property due to confusing signposting on the main road. There were also noise issues with other guests being inconsiderate, but this is not the owner's fault.

On the positive side, I was made to feel very welcome upon arrival. the owners offered me a hot drink in the cozy lounge, which had a lovely, warm wood-burning stove. the B&B was situated near the boundary of Exmoor National Park, making it a great option if you're looking to explore the park.

The location was a bit inconvenient for me as I needed to be close to South Molton, but it was quite a few miles away. the walls were fairly thin, and I could hear the TV in the next room blaring loudly.
