The room was beautiful and the beds were super-comfortable. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable. The breakfast served was fabulous with a great choice of cereals, fresh fruit, and a full English breakfast that was hot and delicious. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location of the guest house was perfect for exploring the nearby town and beach. Additionally, being right on the South West Coast Path was a bonus for coastal walkers like myself.

I recently stayed at a guest house in a coastal town. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and local shops. I was pleasantly surprised to find an honesty bar, where I could help myself to drinks. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked tea tray. The hosts were welcoming and served a delicious breakfast in a lovely setting. There was also a shed in front of the beach with a beautiful view.

The WiFi connection was a bit weak at times.

For the price we paid, we got fantastic value - a comfortable room with quality bedding and towels. The location was ideal, just a short walk to a friendly pub and a few miles from Ilfracombe. The staff at the guest house were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

The breakfast selection could be improved with some butter instead of individual packets, and maybe some homemade jam or marmalade.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is fantastic- just a few minutes walk from the beach and the village, making it perfect for exploring the beauty of Devon and even Cornwall. The room was clean and bright, with lovely decoration and comfy cushions. The breakfast was tasty and hot, with plenty of choices. The amenities like the terrace and garden area were a nice touch, and the free parking was a bonus. this venue should definitely be given a five-star rating!

The hosts were incredibly accommodating and even helped me with parking and made a reservation at a local bistro for dinner. the twin room I stayed in was a bit small, but it had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. the breakfast selection was excellent, and the full English breakfast was delicious. the property itself was beautifully decorated and had a lovely atmosphere. the honesty bar was a nice touch, and I enjoyed the views from the property's hillside location. a wonderful experience and I would love to return.
