We had a fantastic stay at this place! The hotel is located in a great area, within the pleasant leafy outskirts of Hereford. The service and housekeeping were excellent, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with a spacious and well-appointed room, complete with a heating system that kept us cozy during our stay. We also loved the outdoor terrace, where we could enjoy the fresh air and relax on the garden furniture. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with useful local knowledge and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The free Wi-Fi and parking were convenient perks that added to the overall wonderful experience.

The location of the guesthouse is very convenient, as it is situated in a quiet road but within a short 10-15 minute walk of the city centre. This allows guests to easily explore the town and its attractions. Additionally, the property offers a lovely patio area where guests can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms are tastefully decorated and provide complimentary tea, coffee, bottled water, and biscuits. The en suite shower rooms are warm and well-designed, with great showers. The breakfast served at the guesthouse is a real treat, with delicious full English options made using high-quality ingredients.

There was a plumbing issue in one of the rooms which temporarily affected the availability of the shower.

Stayed 2 nights for Xmas. the room was clean & comfortable with an amazing bed. the breakfast was delicious with a good range of options. the location was convenient to the town center, and parking was easy to find. the hosts were friendly.

The access to the hotel was a bit difficult due to construction work in the area. it was a bit challenging to find a nearby restaurant open during the holiday season.

I had a wonderfully comfortable stay in a clean and nicely decorated house with lovely gardens. The bed was firm and facilitated a great night's sleep. The shower was hot and refreshing, and the bathroom and bedroom had good amenities and outside views. The breakfast was tasty and the hosts were approachable and competent.
