Charming historical house in Moy village

Staying at Charlemont House in Moy was a delightful experience, with a charming historical atmosphere and beautifully decorated rooms. the personal touch of the owner serving breakfast added to the unique experience of feeling like a part of Downton Abbey. the central location in Moy allowed for easy exploration of the village. some maintenance issues in the room, such as loose sockets and peeling wallpaper, could be improved.

The room was like stepping into a time machine with its vintage decor and cozy vibe. Felt super snug and loved the historic charm. Perfect for a budget traveller like me.

Some may find the lack of modern amenities a downside, but I adored the old-world feel.

With plenty of nearby attractions, such as The Tomneys bar, guests can enjoy a variety of experiences. Just stayed in a B&B in Moy, LOVED the super comfy bed! Service was great, had breakfast in-room. Would definitely go back, even better than in photos. Highly recommend! .

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The house was beautifully decorated with antique furniture and paintings, giving it a charming and cozy atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The location of this hotel was perfect, situated in a lovely village with easy access to nearby attractions. Parking was convenient, with spaces available right outside. Even though I arrived at an odd hour, I had no trouble getting the keys promptly.

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely B&B surrounded by fantastic sights in the heart of Ireland. the cozy charm of Charlemont House B&B made us feel right at home, with a decor that reminded us of our Granny's house when we were young. the hosts, Julianna and Denise, were exceptional and made us feel like cherished guests throughout our stay. the breakfast they prepared for us was delicious, and the location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and pubs. the secure parking was a bonus, especially for our bike.

Great location in a charming village square with lots of character. the staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. the antique furniture added to the traditional style which I found very appealing.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! I couldn't get enough of the delicious food they served every morning. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with everything I needed within walking distance. It was great to have shopping, dining, and evening entertainment all just a few steps away. Plus, the quiet little village where the hotel was located had a lot of charm, making it a lovely place to stay.

Who needs a working shower when you have used tissues under the bed? Such a thoughtful touch.

During my stay at this place, I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The decor gave me a nostalgic feeling of being at my Granny's house when I was little. It was absolutely lovely and made me feel right at home. The spacious and beautifully decorated room provided me with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a well-functioning shower with provided toiletries. The breakfast, cooked to order, was delicious and the staff was very attentive to my needs. The warm welcome and friendly service from the staff, particularly Julianna the owner, made me feel like a valued guest. I can't wait to return in the future.

The only issue I encountered during my stay was the slightly dated showers with low water pressure. However, I would still highly recommend this venue to everyone.
