I had the most wonderful stay in this luxurious 4-star hotel. This place is located right in the heart of a stunningly beautiful village. The view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking the charming village square. I was impressed with the level of comfort provided in the room, from the spacious sitting area to the cozy king-size bed with a comfortable mattress. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel also had a fantastic dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area with good local beers and nice wines. The staff, from the manager to the cleaning lady in the morning, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. This place truly exceeded my expectations.

In summary, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room itself was comfortable and cozy, perfect for the winter weather. The spacious bathroom had a large shower, and the breakfast room was impressively grand. The owner was delightful and the parking facilities were convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Charles Cotton and would highly recommend it.

The king size bed was great and very comfortable. the bar had good music and a nice atmosphere. the breakfast room had a beautiful mural that I really appreciated as an amateur artist.

We had a fantastic time staying right in the heart of the charming village, surrounded by snow-capped scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast cooked to order. The hotel also had a lovely bistro with a great atmosphere, perfect for a cozy dinner. We even had the opportunity to experience a village event during our stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and provided fluffy towels. the location was excellent, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions.

The hotel itself appeared to be run down and in need of refurbishment. the room was dingy and outdated, with insufficient lighting and tatty furniture.

We got excellent value for our money at the Charles Cotton Hotel. The rooms were really comfortable and spacious. The location was stunningly beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only suggestion I have for improving the breakfast offerings is to have a bit more variety.

Spent Christmas here and it was great! the bar was cozy and serving up delicious drinks. the homemade burger was a standout and the knowledgeable staff recommended some great beers. the location was just what we needed, right in the heart of town and close to everything. We loved that the hotel offered a special Christmas menu, which included some of the best food we've ever had.

The room was a bit cramped for two people and the shower lacked pressure. the lighting system was confusing and hard to control.

We loved the beautifully warm and cosy atmosphere of the accommodation, perfect for the winter. The spacious rooms with character and the large shower in the bathroom were really enjoyable. The village location with its own pub added a relaxing touch, and the grand breakfast room was a wonderful start to the day. The owner was friendly and helpful. Convenient parking facilities at the back were a bonus. The village centre location and beautiful surrounding countryside were also great for exploring.
