I keep returning for a city break. the staff assisted my elderly parents at my first stay. Free Wi-Fi, parking, laundry, TV, and many activities provided. Perfectly suits all my needs - peaceful, well-equipped rooms.

Rooms are quaint, with exclusive use of a nearby bathroom. the owner is welcoming and engaging, offering clean and comfortable accommodation. Guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast with the option of a cooked meal upon request.

The location is to die for, surrounded by nature but just a skip away from the town, and the host is a gem , had a blast chatting with her. the breakfast spread was on point, making sure I wasn't hungry till lunchtime. Although the pillows were a bit stiff and the wallpaper was peeling, these little quirks didn't dampen my spirits at all , still a top, notch stay! 🌳.

The room was cozy, with TV & tea facilities, and a spacious communal lounge. The continental breakfast was satisfying, and the free WIFI was reliable. The peaceful atmosphere and friendly host were highlights, although some rooms were smaller than expected, and shared bathrooms were not ideal. a charming spot with room for improvement.

I recently stayed at Chart House for a week while visiting friends. The breakfast was delicious, accompanied by the soothing sounds of canaries singing. The charming and comfortable room made for a pleasant stay. The stunning house and beautiful garden were a delight to explore. Jill, the host, was accommodating and great company. The location was convenient, with a short walk into town and easy access to various attractions like Box Hill. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a delightful stay at this charming B&B set in beautiful Surrey countryside. The owner and staff were beyond delightful, and our room and private bathroom were comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was very nice, and we appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in our room. The sitting room and garden with a koi carp pond, alpacas, and chickens were a lovely addition. Off-street parking was a bonus in the leafy lanes. a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed the freedom to come and go as we pleased, and the garden and sitting room were lovely spaces to relax. The breakfast provided was more than satisfactory and tailored to our preferred time.
