They allowed us to check in early and even offered to store our bags if our room wasn't ready. the room itself was compact but comfortable, with crisp white bed linen and a cozy bed. the tea and coffee facilities and mini fridge were handy, and the radiator heated up the room quickly. the en-suite was clean with a decent shower, complimentary toiletries, and soft towels. the location was fabulous, right in the heart of a charming street with quaint shops and buildings.
