Chatterley House Guest House was excellent value for money, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The location was convenient, close to a train station and the M1, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with the addition of in-room coffee facilities.

the small details were thoughtful and kind, such as the self-service options for water, tea, and coffee, as well as games and sweet treats for children. the bedroom felt like a true home, unlike other hotels we've stayed at, which helped us relax and sleep soundly. the location is excellent, especially for those unfamiliar with the area, and the gym equipment was great. the breakfast kitchen was well-stocked with a variety of options, and the room and ensuite were clean and comfortable. it was a pretty place and offered budget accommodation at an affordable price.

Lovely room, super clean, and had a lot of character. Full gym access, free parking, and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast room open all day. Proper-sized mugs for warm drinks in the bedroom. Bed linen and fluffy throw were nice. Convenient location off the M1. A stopover with a touch of class.

I recently stayed at a guest house in Nottingham and enjoyed great value for my money. The room was fantastic with all the usual facilities and even had a small gym. The hosts at Chatterley House were absolutely fabulous, really friendly, attentive, and helpful.

One thing that could have made the morning meal better is if the Sunday check-out time was later than 11 am. A check-out time of 11:30 or 12:00 would have been ideal.
