The room was clean and relatively well-maintained. The location was great, with plenty of options nearby for food, drinks, and shopping. The balcony provided a nice spot to relax and enjoy the view.

There were a few issues with the room, such as a sink that didn't drain and an unstable shower head. The lack of a door between the sitting area and bedroom was unexpected and made the room feel more like a studio apartment.

The apartment showed signs of wear and tear, with marks and scuffs on the walls, and headboards out of place. The cleanliness could have been improved, as evidenced by a kettle that had not been cleaned for some time.

What an amazing Xmas stay! The apartment was spotless and modern, and the location was perfect as we were just a short walk from all the main attractions. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we loved the fact that we had a balcony to relax on after a busy day of exploring. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea that was provided in the kitchenette.

That we had to buy our own milk and snacks, as none were provided, but this wasn't a huge issue as there were plenty of convenience stores nearby. Another minor issue was that the bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better, but it was still manageable.

Booked last minute and had a great experience at Chavasse Apartments. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The balcony offered a nice view and the private car park was secure. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you!

Felt like being home, no complaints whatsoever.

I recently stayed at Chavasse Apartments for a short getaway and was thoroughly impressed. The location was ideal, just a short walk from great bars, cafes, and the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, even upgrading us to a room with a fantastic rooftop terrace and view. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with lovely furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. The added bonus of a washing machine and ironing board was greatly appreciated. I also enjoyed the peacefulness of the apartment and the nearby Anglican Cathedral and St. James Gardens for a relaxing stroll. I can't wait to return!

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms, especially those on the top floor, are well-equipped and have all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast.
