The location of the guest house was absolutely fantastic - right across from the train station! It made it so easy for us to explore the city and get around. Another great thing about the guest house was the staff. Lastly, the room was really clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

That the shower room was a bit cramped. However, the staff assured us that they would be getting a bigger one soon, so that's great to hear.

Mirror was too far from outlets

While staying at the hotel, I really liked the fact that the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our Christmas vacation. They made us feel welcomed and were always willing to assist us with any requests or questions we had. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the train station and a street filled with various restaurants. This made it easy for us to explore and find places to eat. Lastly, I enjoyed the option of having a full English breakfast at the hotel. It was delicious and reasonably priced.

One of the drawbacks of our stay was the size of the bathroom. It was quite small and made it inconvenient for us, especially when trying to assist our young child with showering.

Stayed at a hotel last October, recently refurbished 4 rooms on top floor. Our room, though not refurbished, had a comfy bed and en-suite bathroom. Perfect location for Air Festival, just a few minutes walk to cliff top. Street parking available with permit. Booked Continental breakfast, pleasantly surprised with full English.

great little b&b near East Cliff. Room had everything we needed, perfect for a night away. Parking on the road was a bit risky, but Chris let us keep it while we explored. Modern, spacious room with a fridge. Breakfast was delicious with a nice touch of breakfast tv.
