The hosts were super friendly and helpful - the room was solid with good facilities, loved having a fridge for my meds and a spacious shower, plus being on the ground floor was a lifesaver for me being physically challenged. the garden area was a lovely spot to chill out, and the communication on accessing the property was spot on. the only downside was the slightly untidy parking area outside, but overall a solid, clean stay! 🌿

They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and accommodated, with nothing being too much trouble for them. The room provided all the necessary facilities one could need, and the do-it-yourself breakfast was a bonus. Cherry Lodge offers a peaceful stay with kind and helpful owners. the double twin room with en-suite shower is excellent for short visits. Communication for access is clear, and the spacious, clean room provides ample storage. A lovely location with a good breakfast selection available.

Outside appearance needs improvement. Outdated UHT milk in room.

Stayed in this charming B&B with a lovely garden view. Convenient for exploring Highclere Castle and Newbury Racecourse. Free WiFi and parking were a bonus. Only 31km from LaplandUK, in case you feel like going on a last-minute winter adventure.

Just a small thing, the nearest airport was either London Heathrow or Southampton, which made my private jet decision difficult.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely bed and breakfast. The owners were kind and helpful, and the double twin room with en-suite shower was excellent. The room was spacious and peaceful, perfect for a short visit to see family or attend an event. It had good facilities, including a fridge, making it suitable for a comfortable week-long stay. The bathroom was modern and the shower was decent. great value for money and a great place for a large gathering.

I had a mind-blowing stay at this place! The separate rooms and shared kitchen were super convenient, and the code entry system made me feel like a secret agent coming and going. My cozy and warm room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a jaw-dropping view of the garden. The large TV and fridge added an extra touch of luxury. The location, although outside the village, was a pleasant 15-minute walk away, with a decent footpath and free parking on site. an unforgettable experience where every detail was taken care of!

As older guests, we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen/dining area where we could easily prepare our own breakfast. The host's warm welcome and efficiency were impressive. The ensuite shower room was impeccably clean and the room itself was lovely and warm. Good value for money.

my recent stay in hook exceeded expectations. cherry lodge's comfortable bed, fridge in the room, and friendly hosts made me feel right at home. the footpath across the road led to great food and a good selection of real ale at the white hart hotel.
