We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, being very close to both the train station and the town centre. We also appreciated the free overnight parking. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with great facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even provided us with an umbrella when it rained. We also received some lovely chocolates on our bed upon arrival. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to others.

The location was perfect, as it was really close to basically everything in the center of Aberystwyth. It was just a short walk to the beach and shops, and the sea front was nearby. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a large kitchen and a nice patio out back. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, always ready for a chat and a cup of tea. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, everything was well-maintained and spotless. Transportation was convenient, with a public transport stop close by. it was a wonderful experience.

Additionally, the host was welcoming and attentive, providing clear instructions on how to use the kitchen appliances and promptly addressing any queries or requests.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not up to standard, which made us feel uncomfortable using the shower facilities. Moreover, the accommodation had a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming accommodation in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Wyn who helped me with my luggage. The cozy home atmosphere made me feel right at ease. The full kitchen available for guests was a huge bonus. The room with the ceiling window was a lovely touch. The location was amazing, close to everything I wanted to see. The collective tea and the reliable wifi were also greatly appreciated. I'm really happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it.

One drawback was that there was no signage to indicate the location, which made it a bit difficult to find initially. Another minor inconvenience was that the room door could easily lock behind you, so I had to be careful to take my key with me to the bathroom.
