Staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant served amazing food, it was the best part of our stay! The location was very convenient and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The rooms were a bit too warm and opening the window let in noise from the traffic. , there were a few cleanliness issues like cobwebs and slight stale smell from the bed linen.

Visited with my daughter who lives nearby. Good value, nice refurbished room, friendly staff, reasonable bar and food prices. Exceptional value for the suite I had, including a sitting room and four poster bed. Breakfast was brilliant, with a great selection and properly cooked gluten free toast. Will definitely book again.

A relaxing stay and a pleasant walk to the city centre and back. The leisure facilities were nice and pleasant to use. The bed was comfy, though only a view of the carpark.

The location was convenient, right beside the main reception and dining area, making it easy to see by early morning light. It was also perfect for our business trip and for getting into the city the next day. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was diligent in serving us.
