We had a fantastic stay at Chine! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large fan provided. The leisure facilities, including the indoor and outdoor pools, were amazing. We also enjoyed the stunning views of the sea from the hotel. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to various restaurants. this was the best hotel experience we've had in Bournemouth!

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. the location was convenient, close to the beach and within walking distance to attractions. the heated outdoor pool was a highlight, like swimming in a giant hot tub!

it was dark, musty, and had mold in the shower. the mattresses were dirty and unhygienic.

Cleanliness exceptional, friendly staff, issue resolved satisfactorily, great pools, comfortable bed, helpful reception staff.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel located along the stunning seafront. The location allowed us to easily access the beautiful beach and take leisurely walks along the pier. On the second night, we enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant, which offered a variety of options to suit our tastes. The room we stayed in had a breathtaking view of the gardens, and the spacious bathroom provided all the necessary amenities. The service was impeccable, and we were treated with utmost politeness and professionalism. The breakfast spread was delightful with a wide range of choices to satisfy our hunger.

We noticed that the carpets, curtains, and other interior elements of the hotel were a bit dated, giving the rooms a slightly worn appearance.

Spent Christmas at this hotel. the decorations were fantastic, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the festive mood, and the location was perfect for accessing the town center and the beach. Plus, the heated pool was great to relax after a long day out.
