recently stayed at citadines in london, and wow, it exceeded my expectations! the apartment was spacious, the location was perfect for the underground, and the breakfast was delicious. i was so impressed with the freshly baked bread. definitely coming back and telling my friends!

Long wait at front desk.

The location is perfect for exploring Central London. We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean rooms. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We were able to drop off our luggage early and go about our day. we had a peaceful and comfortable stay at Citadines. Would recommend.

The staff was really nice, giving us a warm welcome and a free upgrade. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the Underground station and in Central London. There are also grocery stores, pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby. The room had everything we needed and the WIFI worked perfectly.

The room was decently sized and clean. the kitchen had a good range of utensils and crockery for our use. the location of the hotel was great, with a tube station just a short walk away. It was convenient for us to travel around the city and also had bus stops nearby.

The check-in process was a disappointment. We were told that our room wasn't ready even though we arrived after the check-in time.

Despite some problems, my Christmas stay was quite enjoyable. I appreciated the complimentary chocolates and drinks that were offered upon my arrival. the location of the hotel was perfectly situated near several restaurants and public transportation. Lastly, my room had a lovely view of the city which I quite enjoyed.

There were a few things that detracted from my experience. the heat in my room was not working properly which was quite uncomfortable during the colder Christmas season.

Upon arrival, we immediately felt welcome and well taken care of. The staff provided helpful information about our stay. The spacious and clean room had plenty of towels. The location, just 2 mins from Holborn underground station, made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and in a pleasant area of the city. It is perfect for those who want to stay in busy areas of London. The rooms are well equipped with a kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, and comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and provides good service.

Can’t fault the property.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short 2-3 minute walk from the Holborn underground station. We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade upon arrival, which made our room more spacious and comfortable than expected. The staff at reception, while sometimes difficult to understand due to accents, were very friendly and helpful. the hotel's location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff were all excellent.
