The location couldn't be better, right next to the city centre and with a bus stop just opposite of the road. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Clive, the host, was extremely welcoming and helpful. Homely feel, offered tea and coffee, provided shower gels/shampoo, towels, bottled water, and biscuits. Went above and beyond to assist us. Great communication prior to stay. Comfortable bed, like sleeping on a cloud. Rooms were clean, had everything we needed. Clive and Ethan were amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend, will book again.

Excellent location for cricket ground. Welcoming host with delicious coffee and tart. Clean and comfortable room, even with cleaner off sick. Outstanding host who goes above and beyond, printing tickets and providing everything needed. Best host ever, funny and caring. Close to Old Trafford for football game. Looked after us and gave great recommendations. Will definitely return.
