We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the city center and within walking distance of everything in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The breakfast they served was delicious, with a choice of menu and flexible serving times. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

No problem! Within an hour of my arrival, everything was prepared and ready for my stay. The owners, Peggy and Conor, were unbelievably friendly and offered the best restaurant suggestions. They clearly love hosting visitors and making them feel at home. The room was not only comfortable but also stocked with bottled water, tea, and cookies - a delightful surprise! The highlight was definitely the homemade full Irish breakfast each morning, which was absolutely scrumptious. I also loved that the room was cleaned while we were out exploring. The host, Conor, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making him a true gentleman. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city walls and old district. The house itself was cozy and clean, with a spacious room. But the icing on the cake? The heated mattress pad! Given the chilly weather, coming back to a toasty bed after a day of exploring was beyond incredible. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, with a full fry-up, freshly prepared fruit salad, juices, and an endless supply of tea and coffee. On our early departure, they even made sure we had breakfast before we left, and Conor generously drove us to the nearby bus depot. Peggy and Conor are a lovely couple running an outstanding establishment. The location felt safe, even late at night. I'm already planning my return trip to this jaw-dropping city and will definitely choose this B&B again!

Such a cozy place, not far from the centre of Derry. The breakfast was very nice. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable. Family photos everywhere. Would stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at a charming B&B in the heart of the city. The owners were so kind and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of outlets for charging my devices. I truly felt at home and relaxed during my stay. Best B&B experience to date!

One drawback was that the showers had weak water pressure and one of them had limited hot water. However, it didn't detract too much from my overall experience.

Conor, our host, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with lots of useful information about the city. the location of the property was perfect for exploring all of Derry's attractions, and the room provided us with high-quality information. the breakfast service was flexible, catering to our preferred time, and we appreciated the option of gluten-free toast. the bed was cozy, with an electric blanket warmer, and being close to Ulster University was a bonus for our trip. Conor and Peige made us feel right at home and constantly checked to see if we needed anything. it was one of the best experiences of its kind that we've ever had.
