We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, being just five minutes away from the train station and close to the tram station. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was convenient to explore the nearby attractions and shops. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay. the cleanliness of the room was impressive, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

Our sleep quality was greatly affected by the noise. We could hear the sounds of a nearby nightclub and trains passing by, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with high-quality furnishings and tasteful decor. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Victoria Station and the MEN arena. We particularly enjoyed the nearby Printworks, which offered discounts at its selection of restaurants when we showed our room key. The Arndale Center was also within easy walking distance, and it only took three stops on the tram to reach Piccadilly.

The noise at night was unbearable, with loud shouting and music from outside going on until the early hours of the morning. The furniture was outdated, stained and in need of repair or replacement.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even rectified any issues we had with our apartment quickly. The apartments were clean and spacious, providing a great living/dining area for our group.

Sadly, there was no air conditioning in the apartments, making it uncomfortable during warm nights.
