I stayed for a week and found the location to be incredibly convenient, with the city center just a short walk away. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage. It was also very clean and well-equipped. The staff at Residential Estates, who manage the apartments, were incredibly efficient and helpful. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

As a satisfied guest at City Suites, I recently stayed in an apartment near the canal in Chester. The location was excellent, allowing me to easily explore the city's attractions on foot. Nearby, I found a variety of restaurants and pubs, including a fantastic Thai/Japanese option. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Alicia, the staff member, was incredibly helpful and made my experience even better. I would definitely choose to stay at City Suites again.

We got great value for our money and the room was clean and well-equipped with handy appliances and a kitchen. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the city center, although the view from our window was on a multi-storied building site. The staff treated us well and even gave us goody bags for the marathon we were participating in, which was a lovely touch.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding more options or variety to cater to different tastes.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with it being very close to both the city center and the train station. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city and easily travel around. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for our family. The bathroom was beautiful and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. the kitchen had all the necessary amenities for us to prepare meals for our small kids.

The surrounding area of the hotel seemed a bit dubious, with people hanging around outside the entranceway. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable and cautious during our stay.

I recently stayed at City Suites for a few days and it was a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was perfect. The layout of the property was really nice and the apartment was spacious and clean. The bathroom was beautiful and overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The best part was that it was just a short walk from the train station and close to the city center. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the spacious and clean suites with all the necessary amenities. The towels and bed linen were also provided and spotless. The location was fantastic, being close to Waitrose and various shops. The added bonus of free parking made our stay even more convenient. we had a great experience as foreign tourists and would highly recommend it.

Felt extremely fortunate to have stumbled upon such a gem of a place. We had no complaints whatsoever about our stay.
