The value for money was excellent and the room was cozy and clean. The location was perfect with amazing city views. The staff went above and beyond, even coming to meet me in the rain to help me find the place.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, right in the heart of the city centre. Guests can enjoy being directly outside the Bullring shopping centre and have easy access to all the shops and restaurants. the view from the property is incredible, offering guests a stunning vista of the city. The bed in the apartment is comfortable, providing a good night's sleep for guests.

The check-in process could use some modernization and was a bit drawn out.

I had an amazing stay at City View Apartments Rotunda! The view was incredible, especially at night. The apartment was well-stocked and the furniture was very comfortable. It was also very quiet with the windows shut, so we got a great night's sleep. The girl who met us was friendly and informative, making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, making everywhere easily accessible. The apartment was clean and well-decorated, surpassing the pictures on the site. I highly recommend this place!

My recent stay at City View Apartments was fantastic! I was in Birmingham for a shopping trip and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the bull ring. The apartment itself was clean and had great views of the city. The layout was nice and it was easy to access. The staff were amazing, they even came to meet me in the rain when I couldn't find them. And I have to mention the pillows, they were some of the nicest I've ever slept on!

I stayed at City View Apartments Rotunda for a short trip with my daughter. The location was perfect, right in town and close to all the attractions. We loved the amazing view, especially being so close to the bullring. The apartment was clean and tidy, and having Netflix was a great bonus for some evening movies. One specific situation that stood out to us was the issue with the faulty lock on our door. We arrived at 2.30pm and had to wait almost 2 hours for a set of keys to allow us to leave the property.
