Got a good deal for the New Year celebrations considering the location of the place. Communal spaces were clean and tidy with a good supply of breakfast food and hot beverages. Convenient location with plenty of dining and entertainment options. Enjoyed the privacy of having my own TV set with cable channels and speedy Wi-Fi connection.

The walls were too thin that the snoring of a fellow guest in the next room kept me up all night, making it difficult to enjoy the festivities. the bathroom facilities were not maintained well enough, with clogged drains and leaky taps.

Even though I was a bit tired, I was delighted by the friendly company of Gerard the cat during breakfast. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The value for money was exceptional, and I will definitely consider staying here again. The house had a vintage charm and was always clean. The hosts were friendly and respected our privacy. The single room had personality with unique decor. The location was great, facing a pretty park and within the student community on Smithdown road with nearby cafes and restaurants. The hotel was relatively close to tourist destinations.

Loved the location, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby and a beautiful park just a block away. the room was clean, warm, and comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep. the fact that breakfast was included in the price was a great bonus. a fantastic value for money and a peaceful holiday experience.

I did notice that the room was a bit outdated and could have used some modern touches. there was some noise from the flooring and other guests, which slightly affected the overall experience.

I particularly appreciated the access to the kitchen and the exceptional tea and coffee facilities. the courtyard provided a serene spot to relax and read, and the proximity to Mystery Park and the amenities on Allerton Road/Smithdown Road was a huge plus. the easy bus routes into the city center or airport were convenient, and considering the price, it would be hard to find a better option.
