The apartment we stayed in was beautiful and to a very high standard. The location was great, just opposite the beautiful gardens and a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The apartment had great facilities, including a lovely garden and even a picnic set to take to the beach. The owners were very friendly and informative about the area, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

The only minor downside was that there wasn't any milk provided for tea/coffee on arrival, but this is understandable as it is a self-catering place.

The owner was welcoming and accommodating, making sure I had all the information I needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment was also decorated to a high standard, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

The water pressure was a bit inconsistent and there was no shelf above the basin to place soap or toiletries. These minor drawbacks aside, my stay at Clarence House Apartments was fantastic.

The apartment had everything we needed for self-catering, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The garden was beautiful and peaceful. David, the owner, was fantastic with communication and even helped us with our ferry crossings. Highly recommend this place!

our family holiday in ventnor was absolutely amazing, and our stay at this apartment exceeded our expectations. the high standard of decor, thoughtful extras like the picnic bag and table, and fully equipped kitchen made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location near ventnor park and other attractions added to our relaxation. we would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved everything about this place! The couple who run this destination have done an amazing job refurbishing it with great taste and excellent workmanship. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the town and the esplanade where you can find restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the live band playing in the lovely park opposite the apartment on the weekends. The apartment itself is fantastic, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a self-catering stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and iron. The beautiful garden adds to the charm of the place and it's surprisingly quiet. The checking-in process was seamless, with detailed instructions and a video provided by David, who was also very responsive and even helped us get a reduction in ferry crossing. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The shower had excellent pressure and the owner/host was welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was peaceful and close to great attractions like Ventnor Park and Smuggler's Cove. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.
