Out of order spa facilities

I got great value for my money at Clarion Collection. The room was comfortable and the bed was great. The location was fantastic, with lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even letting me borrow a charger for my phone.

The breakfast offerings could be improved.

had a lovely date night in windsor and stayed at a charming hotel. the staff were friendly and gave us a room with a stunning castle view. breakfast was delicious and the location couldn't be better for exploring windsor or visiting legoland. highly recommend this hotel!

We were initially assigned a room that wasn't up to our expectations, but the staff at Clarion Collection quickly arranged for a room change without any hassle. The location of the hotel was very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area on foot. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a range of options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the perfect breakfast and the lovely soulful atmosphere of the hotel. The history and spirit within the hotel made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is superb, right in the centre of town with convenient access to shops, Windsor Castle, and the Guildhall for weddings. The rooms are generally spacious and clean, with some offering lovely views. The breakfast is good and the staff at the reception are polite and helpful.

Ideal location and helpful staff

The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the center of Windsor. I was thrilled to be able to explore the town easily and visit the castle.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with its prime location right opposite the castle. From my room, I had panoramic views of this historical landmark. The area around the hotel was busy with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was accommodating, and I appreciated the free upgrade to a castle view room, which came with a bottle of champagne to celebrate my husband's birthday. The amenities provided in the room such as air conditioning and room service were excellent and added to our overall comfort.

Families looking for a luxurious stay here may not find all the facilities necessary for children, but I recommend this hotel to families based on the quality of its service and amenities.
