I recently stayed at Clarion Collection for a three-day trip. The staff were exceptional, especially the barmaid who patiently answered all our transport questions. On our last day, despite having already checked out, we were offered a room to change in after getting caught in the rain. The wifi is now much easier to access, and the hotel has ample parking for a reasonable charge. The bus stop directly opposite made it convenient to explore the area, and the staff were always friendly.

The Garden Bar with its fine windows overlooking the garden was a delightful place to relax. The hotel itself is charming and conveniently located. The car parking arrangements were also very convenient. I particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay enjoyable.

One very specific situation: Despite the warm weather, the hotel did not have air conditioning. However, the staff were quick to offer fans, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay.
