I stumbled upon this charming farmhouse and was immediately impressed. The rustic atmosphere and welcoming owners made me feel right at home. The room was cozy and filled with lovely touches, like a coffee machine and complimentary snacks. The spacious bathroom was well-stocked and perfect for relaxation. Breakfast was delicious, and the owner's warm hospitality made my stay even better. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy all the quirky luxuries this farmhouse had to offer.

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning countryside retreat! The room was spacious, cozy, and filled with awesome extras like a coffee machine, fridge stocked with cold water and milk, and even complimentary snacks. The owner was INCREDIBLE, making us feel so welcome. The breakfast was to die for, with a mouthwatering full English and a beautiful selection of fresh fruit and cereals. Plus, having our own private lounge with a TV was a fantastic bonus. Can't wait to come back!

My recent stay at Clarke's Farm was a delightful experience. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The breakfast provided was superb, with freshly prepared fruit and a wide selection of options. The owner of the B&B was welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches such as complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. Although the bathroom was slightly cramped and the shower within the bath, it didn't take away from the overall charm of the farmhouse. Additionally, the location of the B&B in a quaint village allowed for picturesque walks and easy access to local pubs. The only minor inconvenience was the need to book a taxi ahead of time for transportation into Lincoln City Centre. However, this small drawback did not overshadow the overall fantastic stay at Clarke's Farm. I highly recommend this lovely B&B for anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable experience in the area.

Incredible stay! Our host, Julia, was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The accommodation was hands down the best B&B we've ever experienced. We had the whole lounge and dining room to ourselves, which was a delightful surprise. The breakfast was mind-blowing, with freshly cooked delights. The TV in the lounge only had streaming services, so be sure to bring your passwords. The village has two fantastic pubs, The Turks Head and the Butcher and Beast, but make sure to book in advance. The only small downside was the water pressure in the shower, but it didn't ruin our stay. Wish we could have explored more of the surrounding area!

clarke's farm surpassed all our expectations during our recent stay in heighington. the friendly hosts, julia and gary, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the beautiful rooms, delicious breakfasts, and attention to detail made our family holiday truly memorable.
