The location of this guest house is fantastic, as it is near everything. It is close to the town centre and just a short walk from the promenade and pier. The house itself is very tidy and nicely decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they recommended a great place for breakfast nearby. The room was clean and the shower was excellent. I especially liked the fact that I had a key to both the room and the house, giving me complete freedom.

The parking situation could be improved.

The location is perfect, close to shops and the promenade. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast at a nearby pub was delicious, just like home-cooked. The security was good, and I felt safe during my stay.

Spent a lovely Xmas break at this guesthouse. The room was small but cozy, with plenty of tea and coffee facilities and clean towels. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the town centre and the seafront. The friendly staff made us feel welcomed and offered great local recommendations for dinner. We loved the free Wi-Fi and the added touch of a lap tray in the room to enjoy dinner in bed.

Parking was a bit of a headache, we had to drive around for quite some time to find a spot. The road outside was also quite busy, which made it a bit noisy at times. these minor inconveniences did not ruin our pleasant stay.

As a tourist, I loved the central location and proximity to amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with a smile. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with modern TVs for entertainment.
