We had a wonderful time at Clennell Hall. The historic home setting was a treat and the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view. The on-site parking was secure, and the pub was a nice place to relax after a long day of driving. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was a bonus. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway in beautiful surroundings.

Stayed at the Hall Country House Guest House and had a delightful experience. the building's beautiful exterior and warm welcome made us feel instantly at home. Although the phone coverage was nonexistent, we were hoping for better Wi-Fi to research the local area, but we had to walk elsewhere in the hotel for a decent connection. It would have been helpful to have an information pack in the bedroom like most other B&Bs. Nonetheless, the friendly owners and fellow guests created a welcoming atmosphere, especially in the bar where we enjoyed banter over our delicious meal and beers. the period building and picturesque surroundings added to the charm. the well-made and tasty food, including the mouthwatering bacon at breakfast, was a highlight. Our room was spacious with a king-sized bed, although the mattress was too firm for my liking. the bathroom had plenty of toiletries available. our second stay at the Hall was enjoyable, and we plan on returning.
